Domestic Conferences
International Meetings
An international conference refers to a conference with more than five participating countries, 300 participants and 40% foreign participants according to the UIA standard, or a conference with more than 50 participants that tours more than three countries regularly according to the IOCA standard.

Submission of Lease Application Agreement and 10% Down Payment

10% deposit must be made before space reservation.

Middle Payment

  • Middle Payment of 40% of total lease fee
  • 3 months prior to starting day of lease.

Pre-Conference Meeting 15 Days Before Event Start

  • Event operation plan (event outline, program)
  • Seating, equipment usage, event setting finalization

Balance Payment

7 days prior to the starting date of the lease

Holding of the Event


Balance settlement and tax invoice sent via email
