9th Korea Exhibition Forum at Coex Explores Global Industry Change

Under the theme of What is Change and What Remains Unchanged? domestic and international key figures from the trade show and events industry gathered at Coex yesterday for the 9th Korea Exhibition Forum.

Kicking off on Tuesday with a welcoming reception at Coex and continuing with a selection of innovative and educational seminars in the Grand Ballroom yesterday, the 9th Korea Exhibition Forum aims at cultivating the global exhibition business by promoting information exchange and education, and strengthening global partnerships.

Topics under discussion included challenges facing joint venture partnerships, changes in SNS marketing, and how to optimize visitor and exhibitor participation in tradeshow events. A Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau sponsored lunch buffet and other coffee breaks allowed networking and mingling between the many exhibition and convention industry guests.

Steven Kim, director of Coex’s Global Business Unit, said ‘The Korea Exhibition Forum is a small-scale, intimate event which offers a superb opportunity for close communication between key figures in this ever-evolving business’.
