January 23 2014 – The Seoul International Sourcing Fair for Premium Gifts and Homeware 2014, or SIPREMIUM, will add a touch of home-comfort to the gifts and homeware market when it introduces new concurrent event ‘the Handmade Show’ from February 26th to the 1st at Coex.
In addition to SIPREMIUM’s wealth of quality stationery, jewelry, electronics, DIY and household items, visitors will also be able to browse and buy from hundreds of unique, innovative, and hand crafted goods. In addition, a Traditional Market Pavilion will display a selection of age-old Korean arts and crafts, with goods coming from many of Seoul’s largest historical markets.
SIPREMIUM is Korea’s longest-running tradeshow in its industry, and the only of its kind to receive official certification from the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. The tradeshow is the ideal platform for overseas buyers looking to source quality sales promotion items, commercial gifts, and domestic goods.
Seoul, with its ancient temples and districts mixed with modern skyscrapers and state-of-the-art tourism infrastructure, is the perfect location for an exhibition showcasing traditional products alongside new technologies. Korea’s gift-giving culture also makes SIPREMIUM’s domestic market both strong and sustainable.
SIPREMIUM 2013 saw participation from 371 exhibitors across 564 booths, 79% of whom expressed firm interest in participating at the show again. The 24th annual SIPREMIUM 2014 will be held from February 26th to March 1st at Coex, Seoul.
