JULY 19th 2013, SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – The Seoul Character & Licensing Fair opened Wednesday, July 17, at Coex, Seoul, to crowds of children, parents, and business professionals. Organized by KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency) and Coex, while sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, & Tourism, the 12th Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2013 (SCLF 2013) will run from 10am until 6pm every day until Sunday, July 21st. Held in Coex’s Halls A and B and the center’s Grand Ballroom, SCLF 2013 has more than 300 properties and over 1,000 booths on display to make it Asia’s most established and largest licensing marketplace.
