Coex to Hold 12th Congress of the World Federation of Societies of Intensive and
Critical Care Medicine
The World Federation of Societies of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine (WFSICCM) will be holding their 12th congress at Coex this August 29th to September 1st.
This year’s congress will be titled “One Step Further: The Pursuit of Excellence in Critical Care” and will focus on developing practical skills and knowledge for working in a variety of medico-social settings. To help colleagues advance their understanding, the program will operate a number of workshops and discussion sessions. Over 3,200 renowned scholars from across the globe have been invited to ensure that the Congress is filled with rich and insightful sessions.
This marks the Congress’ second visit to Asia and will be hosted by the Korean Society of Critical Care Medicine and the WFSICCM Seoul 2015 Organizing Committee. The organizers are committed to making this year’s Congress accessible to professionals from all over the world and have offered travel grants to critical care professionals from resource-limited regions and countries.
For networking opportunities, the organizing committee will host interactive social events where participants can meet new people from the field in a comfortable atmosphere, including the Welcome Reception, the Korean Night, and more.
