Coex Celebrates Global Exhibitions Day 2021

This June 2, 2021, Coex proudly joined event professionals from around the world in celebration of Global Exhibitions Day, spreading the word that “exhibitions are key to rebuilding economies.”

To mark this day, Coex lit up every one of its enormous Xpace digital signs located throughout its exhibition hall, sharing the message of GED 2021 with the thousands of guests passing throughout the day.

Held annually by UFI, Global Exhibitions Day (GED) “recognises the important role that trade exhibitions play in driving economies throughout the world.” GED 2021, arriving as global economies work toward growth and recovery, “[instilled] confidence in others to participate in organized events that prioritize safety and success in equal measure.”

Coex is prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities of the coming post-COVID-19 era, says Director of Venue Marketing Team Steven Kim.

“As a global leader in the MICE industry,” says Kim, “Coex is committed to ensuring clients’ safety throughout our venue and will continue to take steps to support the recovery of Korea’s MICE industry.”
