Food Week Korea 2025 Celebrates its 20th Anniversary with “FOOD: REDEFINED”

Coex successfully concluded Food Week Korea 2025, the largest comprehensive food exhibition in Seoul, held from October 29 to November 1. The event was co-hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA), and Coex.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the event was rebranded from “Coex Food Week” to “Food Week Korea”, under the theme “FOOD: REDEFINED” This year’s exhibition showcased evolving food cultures and advanced food technology, featuring 950 exhibitors from 42 countries across 1,532 booths, and attracting approximately 55,500 visitors throughout the four days.

This year’s Food Week Korea featured a Domestic & Global Food Pavilion, which offered visitors opportunities to experience and taste a variety of international foods, creating a vibrant venue for global culinary exchange. The “House of Sauce” special pavilion also received great attention from both local and international attendees. In line with the growing ‘Healthy Pleasure’ trend, the “Healthy Pleasure Collection” also attracted significant attention from visitors.

At the Fancy Food and Trends Pavilion, attendees enjoyed tea-pairing foods and various decaffeinated coffees, along with the premium liquor pavilion “The Lounge,” which drew strong interest with its curated selection of fine beverages. The HORECA & K-FoodTech Pavilion showcased innovative technologies for the hotel, restaurant, and catering industries, including advanced dishwashers, induction cooking equipment, and other next-generation food tech products that captured the attention of industry professionals.

In addition, The Platz served as the venue for the K-FOOD+ Export Consultation Meetings. Buyers and sellers held meetings alongside a series of seminars and conferences highlighting the future direction of the global food industry. With its expanded scale and diverse programs, Food Week Korea 2025 has firmly established itself as a leading platform for sharing industry trends, innovation, and the future of food.
